Zhao Jie, male, Ethnicity: Han, was born in June 1983. He obtained a master’s degree and is a member of the Communist Party of China (CPC). He is now serving as a Member of the Standing Committee of the CPC Nanchang Municipal Committee, Executive Vice Mayor of People’s Government of Nanchang City, and Deputy Secretary of the CPC Leadership Group of People’s Government of Nanchang City. He also takes the positions of President of Nanchang Administration College (concurrently), Director of Finance Office of the CPC Nanchang Municipal Committee, and Secretary of Financial Work Committee of the CPC Nanchang Municipal Committee.
Responsibilities:
(1) To be responsible for municipal government regular work;
(2) To be responsible for work related to development and reform, finance and taxation, statistics, education, emergency management, fire and rescue, grain, national defense mobilization, civil air defense construction, and administrative affairs;
(3) To be in charge of Nanchang City Development and Reform Commission, Nanchang Municipal Finance Bureau, Nanchang Municipal Education Bureau, Nanchang Emergency Management Bureau, Nanchang Fire Rescue Detachment, Statistics Bureau of Nanchang, Nanchang National Defense Mobilization Office (Nanchang Civil Air Defense Construction Office), and Nanchang Municipal Administration of Organs Affairs;
(4) To liaise with People’s Congress of Nanchang City, the CPPCC Nanchang Municipal Committee, the military, and the armed police corps; and
(5) To liaise with Nanchang Municipal Tax Service, Investigation Team of National Bureau of Statistics in Nanchang, and Yuzhang Normal University.
