On May 11, Gao Shiwen, Mayor of Nanchang City, paid a visit to Bayi Stadium, Yaohu International Water Sports Center and Jiangxi Olympic Sports Center to make an investigation on the development of sports cause.
In recent years, relying on its geographical advantages, Bayi Stadium has been developed into the “Bayi Sports Complex”, attracting 18 sports associations and enterprises to settle in, introducing more than 33 million yuan of social capital, being selected as a national demonstration project for sports industry, and being recognized as a typical case of the opening of public sports venues across the country. Upon arriving at the stadium, Gao thoroughly inquired about the facilities and operational status of the venue, listened to the work introduction on the development of the sports industry and the promotion of nationwide fitness, and encouraged the Bayi Stadium to fully leverage its agglomeration effect and resource advantages, further optimize its operation model, enhance service quality, strengthen fire safety, improve the sports industry chain, and better meet the diverse fitness needs of citizens.
