On October 27th, a meeting of leading cadres of Nanchang City and Ganjiang New Area was held to convey and study the spirit of the Fourth Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the spirit of the provincial leading cadres’ meeting. It mobilized the vast number of Party members, cadres and the masses in Nanchang City and Ganjiang New Area to deeply study, publicize and implement the spirit of the Fourth Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, focus on the goal requirements of “taking the lead, striving for the forefront and being good at making achievements”, take action as the top priority and strive to make achievements. We will fully implement the provincial capital leading strategy, further advance the construction of “one hub and four centers”, and make new and greater contributions to writing Jiangxi’s chapter in Chinese modernization.
Li Hongjun, a member of the Standing Committee of the CPC Jiangxi Provincial Committee, Secretary of the CPC Nanchang Municipal Committee and Secretary of the Party Working Committee of Ganjiang New Area, presided over the meeting and delivered a speech. Gao Shiwen, Mayor of Nanchang City, conveyed the spirit of the Fourth Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the relevant spirit of the provincial leading cadres’ meeting. Li Zhenfa, Director of the Standing Committee of the Nanchang Municipal People’s Congress, Xiao Yuwen, Chairperson of the Municipal Committee of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference, and other on-the-job municipal-level leading comrades, as well as Wang Wanzheng, Director of the Administrative Committee of Ganjiang New Area, Luo Jin, Full-time Deputy Secretary of the Party Working Committee of Ganjiang New Area, Jie Xiaojian, Deputy Secretary of the Party Working Committee of Ganjiang New Area, and other members of the Party Working Committee of Ganjiang New Area attended the meeting.
Li Hongjun pointed out that the Fourth Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China heard and discussed the work report delivered by General Secretary Xi Jinping on behalf of the Political Bureau of the Central Committee, deliberated and adopted the “Proposal of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China on Formulating the 15th Five-Year Plan for National Economic and Social Development”, and made mobilization and deployment for seizing the momentum and continuing to advance Chinese path to modernization. It has drawn a grand blueprint for economic and social development during the 15th Five-Year Plan period, answered a series of major theoretical and practical questions about advancing Chinese path to modernization, and is of great and far-reaching significance for further rallying the tremendous strength of the entire Party, the country and all ethnic groups to unite and strive for the comprehensive advancement of building a strong country and the great cause of national rejuvenation through Chinese modernization.
