The 11th Plenary Session of the 12th Nanchang Municipal Committee of the Communist Party of China was held at the Nanchang Conference Center on December 11, 2025.
Present at this plenary session were 46 members of the CPC Nanchang Municipal Committee and 11 alternate members of the CPC Nanchang Municipal Committee. In-service municipal-level leading comrades who are not members or alternate members of the CPC Nanchang Municipal Committee, secretary-general of the Standing Committee of the Nanchang Municipal People’s Congress and the CPPCC Nanchang Municipal Committee, Deputy Secretary-general of the CPC Nanchang Municipal Committee and the People’s Government of Nanchang City, members of the Standing Committee of the Nanchang Municipal Commission for Discipline Inspection and the Nanchang Municipal Supervisory Commission, and the main responsible comrades (in charge of daily work) of the Party Groups (Committees) of all departments of the CPC Nanchang Municipal Committee and all municipal-level units (including the municipal government’s overseas institutions, municipal enterprises, and municipal colleges and universities), the main responsible persons of the Party and government of each county and district, the national-level development zones and the Wanli Administration, as well as some grassroots Party representatives attended the meeting as non-voting participants.
The plenary session was presided over by the Standing Committee of the CPC Nanchang Municipal Committee, and Li Hongjun, Secretary of the CPC Nanchang Municipal Committee, delivered a speech.
