On December 12th, Gao Shiwen, Mayor of Nanchang City, presided over the 37th executive meeting of the Municipal Government in 2025, to thoroughly study and implement the recent important speeches and instructions made by General Secretary Xi Jinping, convey and study the spirit of the 9th Plenary Session of the 15th CPC Jiangxi Provincial Committee and the 11th Plenary Session of the 12th CPC Nanchang Municipal Committee, concurrently hold a city-wide promotion meeting for optimizing the business environment, deliberate and approve in principle the “Work Plan for the Provincial and Municipal Linkage of Public Hospital Reform in Nanchang” and the “Key Tasks for Deepening the Medical and Health System Reform in Nanchang City in 2026”, etc.
The meeting pointed out that it is necessary to deeply understand the changes in the development situation, goals and requirements, key tasks and fundamental guarantees during the 15th Five-Year Plan period, focus on the deployment and requirements of the provincial and municipal plenary sessions, further refine and form task lists and timetables, and conduct regular tracking and meticulous supervision. We should take concrete actions to turn the “beautiful vision” depicted at the provincial and municipal plenary sessions into a “realistic picture”. It is imperative to make good plans for the next five years, scientifically formulate the city’s 15th Five-Year Plan outline, actively communicate and coordinate with higher authorities, and strive to include more major matters in the national and provincial planning. We must do a solid job at the end of this year and the beginning of the new year, consolidate and expand the positive trend of economic recovery, firmly grasp safety production, prevent and defuse all kinds of risks and hidden dangers, fully guarantee the production and living of the people, and ensure the successful completion of the annual goals and tasks and a successful conclusion of the 14th Five-Year Plan.
